Assessment Through Data Gathering

Assessments provide valuable insights into your communication and leadership style, and will help determine coaching activities. Available assessments include personality, 360-degree feedback from coworkers, an EQ assessment, and workplace observations.

Planning

Together, you'll create a custom action plan, which breaks down your major goals into smaller, workable goals. This plan serves as your coaching roadmap, complete with specific action steps, target dates for completion, and accountability.

Execute the Plan

Here, you address and accomplish designated activities to achieve your coaching goals. As your coach, Patie will create a comfortable environment for your personal growth while still addressing challenges. You'll finish every session with tools and strategies you can put to use immediately.

Review

You and Patie assess your progress and evaluate your results. Did you reach your goals? Did you achieve success? This step may include recommendations for follow-up strategies.
